By using the PingTrix mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
PingTrix provides an automated check-in and alert service. You are responsible for ensuring your account details and trusted contact information are accurate and up-to-date.
The App is a safety tool but is not a replacement for professional emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always contact local emergency services (e.g., 911) directly.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage your subscriptions through your store account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in misuse of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingTrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
